Outside of lab I love to travel. Whether it be for a conference or vacation I enjoy taking in the sights and places around the world. Here I showcase some of my recent excursions. I hope you enjoy and get inspired to embrace new adventures yourself.

Ray and Maria Stata Center at MIT

I am from Michigan so, technically studying at MIT counts as travel in and of itself, so I would like to begin by talking a little about a site at MIT. No visit to MIT would be complete without stopping by at the architectural beauty that is affectionately called the Stata Center. Home to many research groups, cafes, and even a DIY library, the Stata Center even includes a gym and swimming pool striking a balance between mind and body.
